I am a Victorian Soul, who lives in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion!! I just recently lost my Hubby Joe, who was a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am so glad that we retired at 62 years of age and got to spend that time together before he passed....I still do love Retirement!!!!

I DABBLE IN A BIT OF THIS AND THAT!!!!

In part 2 of my Spooky Halloween Dining Room Tour, I am going to share this corner of the Dining Room.....
  We last left off here........
This is one of my favorite Home Interiors pictures and it is called "May I Play?"
I changed out the tea cups that I usually display on this shelf for these silver ones.......
And placed a Skeleton person in each of them!!
They are actually ornaments!!!

Moving over to the corner......
The Curio was my neighbor Elly's.........
I added a few Halloween touches........
On the shelf to the left of the Curio.......
I glued the Spider Web candle holder to a wooden candlestick that I painted silver and placed a Flameless Candle on a Timer inside of it.......
The Fan was bought at Dollar Tree and the plate was bought at Wegman's.
The pumpkin was in a pack of foam pumpkins that I bought at 90% off last year at Micheals and I added "Trick or Treat" using Letter stickers!!

Here it is lit up......
Sorry it is a bit blurry.......
On top of the Curio.......

I dabbled with plain white pumpkins......
Added some garland, a bow and a crow to a Witches Hat!
And spelled out "BOO" using Letter Stickers!!
I put some of my Lady Figurines in the Curio to make room for Halloween and Christmas decorating.......
I also put my Lenox Tea Set in the bottom part of the Curio because I did not want to pack it away for the upcoming Holiday Season.......
On the left side of the Curio....
I decorate my Funeral Basket for every Holiday and Season.......
But it seems more fitting to decorate a Funeral Basket for Halloween, doesn't it???????
Other years, I only used black, white and silver as my color theme for decorating for Halloween in the Dining Room but this year, I have added pops of orange.......
I simply added a bunch of Fall leaves from Dollar Tree.....
There is a vine of black roses and skulls that lights up with orange lights wrapped around the handle.......
Also a spider web and a bow........

There is always LED lighted branches in this basket no matter how I have it decorated because I love me my ambient lighting!!!!
The basket sits on a marble topped vintage stand.......
I simply left the white lace doily on the stand and placed a black spider web place mat over it....
A rat, a pumpkin, a skull and a black rose in a silver tussie mussie.......
This is actually an antique Funeral Card that was gifted to me.......
Below is one of my blinged up pumpkins......
And the Funeral Basket all lit up ......
Love that Glow!!
To the right of the Curio.....
On top of a cabinet that my Dad made........
Again, I added a Spider Wed black lace runner over the white lace runner that I use most of the time......
A votive cup glued to a wooden candlestick that I painted white.......
And a Dollar Tree tombstone........
Again, a skull glued to a painted candlestick......
Silver Mercury Glass owls that I bought at J.C. Penney's last year after Christmas!!
They have tea lights in them.....
The hurricane lamps have LED battery operated candlesticks on a timer in them.......
And, of course, lit up.......
And this is how I decorated the Chandy this year.......
I took off the lamp shades and added silver and black beaded garland.......
And hung a few ornaments from it.......

A silver pine cone.......
A silver leaf and an owl......
And I love how it looks in the evening.......
And that concludes Part 2 of my Spooky Halloween Dining Room Tour.........

In my next post, I will be sharing my Halloween Tree and Halloween Village........
So I  hope you will come by and visit  again!!
