I am a Victorian Soul, who lives in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion!! I just recently lost my Hubby Joe, who was a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am so glad that we retired at 62 years of age and got to spend that time together before he passed....I still do love Retirement!!!!

I DABBLE IN A BIT OF THIS AND THAT!!!!

I wanted to go with an Elegant Fall Theme in our Living Room this year.....

Today, I want to share the first half of the Living Room decorated for Fall........

Let's start at the front door.......
This is Joe's Grandmother's hutch......
I added some Fall accents to it.....
On top of the hutch.....
I changed all my linens in the Living Room to the gold ones that I will use with my Fall, Christmas and Valentine's Day decorations.......
See the gold runner........
The Autumn plates that I used were bought at a church flea market and are plastic!!!
A few pinecones and glittered gourds and pumpkins.....
A glittered leaf garland in the middle.......
You can see my Elegant Autumn Tree reflected in the antique mirror....

If you missed the post on my Elegant Autumn Tree, please click HERE
I decided to display a few of my pumpkins that I made out of toilet paper rolls on the shelves on each side of the hutch......

Click HERE if you missed that post....
 Inside the hutch.....
I just added some Fall accents to the items already there.......
  By the stairs.......
  But first, on the stairs.........

Lanterns with colored flameless candles inside of them........
You may remember Spooky Minerva from previous years....
Spooky Minerva is now retired .......

Normal Minerva now lives upstairs in the Guest Room......

I made the broom and the tussie mussie.....
If you missed that post, please click HERE......
This chair was over on the other side of the Living Room but was moved here to make room for my Autumn Tree.......
See another leaf plate under the bowl?
You can see that I use it mainly for seasonal displays.......
A Fall floral arrangement in the vintage Bowl and Pitcher.......
There are orange branches with LED lights on them in this floral arrangement.....
Some of the pumpkins that I blinged up are displayed on this chair......
See  the orange charger on the seat of the chair????????
And a glittered burlap acorn that was bought on clearance last year at Big Lot's....
A pumpkin that I had spray painted copper and added some leaves too sits on the floor next to the chair......
I simply added a bow and some Fall florals to this birdcage.......
This is how it all looks in the evening.......
Moving over  by the Dining Room......

I left out some of my normal decor and just mixed it with my Fall decor........
An antique table beside one of the chairs......
My vintage style stereo system ......
Just a few Fall accents added.....

I did the floral arrangement in the wagon and in the metal pocket planter.....
Over in the corner by the Dining Room.......
Fall florals replaced regular florals.....
A gold tablecloth that was bought many years ago in Target after Christmas on Clearance replaced the lace linens on this table......
A lamp from the Dining Room was moved into the Living Room because it will look better with seasonal decor......
Most of these pumpkins are from Dollar Tree, bought over several years.....
A larger pumpkin and an acorn ( ornament) placed on another one of those leaf plates......
A Flameless candle on a timer creates a nice glow from the stained glass like hurricane shade that was bought several years ago on clearance for $1.00 at The Christmas Tree Shop!!!
I scattered paper leaf doilies around on the tables in the Living Room to look like "falling" leaves......
 And in the evening......
And this is where I will end this part of the Tour of my Living Room decorated for Fall......

So I hope you will come by and visit  again!!

And thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!
